Questions parents ask

How long does the story need to be?

Any length. Short stories become shorter books, longer stories become longer books. Same price either way.

What ages is this for?

Made for 3-8. Younger kids can tell it with a little help; we keep it in their words.

Do you change what my child said?

Only what gets in the way of reading it aloud (the ums, false starts and repeats). We never add characters, events or morals. You see every page before it prints.

Who draws the pictures?

The illustrations are created with AI, guided by your child's words and checked page by page by a real person. Your child's name, voice and photo are never shared with the illustration tools.

When will it arrive?

Holiday orders placed by Dec 1 arrive by Dec 18, or your money back. After that, about 2-3 weeks.

What if we don't love it?

You approve a preview before printing, and we'll fix any page you're not happy with. Because every book is one of a kind, we can't take returns once you approve, but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we reprint it free.

Is my child's information safe?

Yes. We delete the recording once it's typed up, send files to our printer only through private links that expire, and never use your child's story, voice or pictures to train AI. Read our privacy policy.
